Truman Dash ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Dockerpay, LLC, is committed to transparency and your digital privacy.

1. Strict No-Logs Commitment

We enforce a rigorous No-Logs Policy. We do NOT collect, store, or share:

Your browsing activity, visited websites, or app usage content.
Originating IP addresses or the VPN IP addresses assigned to you.
DNS queries or any metadata transmitted through our encrypted tunnel.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Data

To provide our VPN service free of charge, we partner with Google AdMob. Google may automatically collect and process certain data to serve, personalize, and measure ads.

Information Processed by Google AdMob:

Advertising Identifiers: Such as Google Advertising ID (GAID) or ID for Advertisers (IDFA).
Device Information: Device model, OS version, and language settings.
Approximate Location: Used to serve relevant local ads (e.g., at the city or country level).
Ad Interactions: Information on ads viewed, clicked, or interacted with within the app.

3. Data Isolation & Security

We maintain strict isolation between our VPN infrastructure and advertising data. Google AdMob does not have access to your VPN traffic. Advertising IDs are used solely for ad-serving purposes and are never linked to your identity or VPN session data.

4. International Data Transfers & Retention

As a U.S.-based entity, data processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to and stored in the United States. We do not store VPN logs. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to their standard data retention policies for fraud prevention and reporting.

5. User Privacy Controls (GDPR & US State Laws)

We respect your privacy rights and provide tools to manage your data:

EEA and UK Users (GDPR): We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) to obtain your explicit consent before serving personalized ads. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings.
US Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can exercise this via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our app's privacy settings.
System-Level Opt-Out: You may limit ad tracking through your device settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

6. Children's Privacy

Truman Dash is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Legal Compliance

Because we do not log user activity, we have no data to provide in response to legal requests regarding your browsing history. We only comply with valid legal requests under U.S. law regarding the limited device data accessible to us.
